Easy Steak Marinade

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • ⅓ cup Soy Sauce  
  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper  
  • 1 ½ pounds Steak

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl mix the vegetable oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce, mustard, garlic, & ground black pepper.
  2. Place the steak in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak. Turn the meat over to ensure it is coated thoroughly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate. I recommend a minimum of 6 hours.
