Ingredients:
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- ⅓ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 ½ pounds Steak
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl mix the vegetable oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce, mustard, garlic, & ground black pepper.
- Place the steak in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak. Turn the meat over to ensure it is coated thoroughly.
- Cover and refrigerate. I recommend a minimum of 6 hours.
