I will never go back to making normal chicken parmesan again! You cannot taste the difference (it does not use all-purpose flour). If you are wanting to eat clean but don’t know any good recipes, I highly recommend this cookbook. All of the recipes tell you whether it is gluten free, dairy free, paleo, or whole30 friendly. It will also tell you which ingredients to omit in order to comply with each of these dietary restrictions. This makes it so simple & less intimidating to eat clean!
