I absolutely LOVED this dish! It had a really good kick to it. The lemon gave it a nice fresh taste, while the tarragon gave a nice subtle hint of licorice. Now I know some of you read that and I lost you. I get it – I am not a fan of licorice either. However, tarragon adds such a subtle hint of it so you’re not overwhelmed. Even if you’re still questioning the tarragon, I highly recommend not skipping it. That would change the entire balance of the dish.
