Oven Fries

These fries are so easy & a new favorite in my house! I highly recommend adding lots of pepper.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds russet potatoes (or 2 large potatoes)
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Clean the potatoes, then cut lengthwise into [1/2] inch wide fries.
  3. Place the fries in a large bowl and and toss with olive oil, salt, & pepper.
  4. Spread fries across a parchment paper lined baking sheet in a single layer..
  5. Bake in the oven until potatoes are golden brown all over and crisp, about 30 minutes.

Notes:

  • If you’re a Dallas local I would highly suggest throwing some Burger House seasoning on top of these!!
