This Tortilla Soup is INCREDIBLE! I loved the kick it has. The recipe calls for half of a jalapeño, but I said eh why not throw in both halves. I also used one four ounce can of medium and one of mild green chiles. It only calls for mild. Honestly the changes I made were just because I had them on hand. I prefer a little kick to things, so if you don’t just follow the recipe as is.
