My favorite dessert is creme brûlée. I made this for my birthday this year & it did not disappoint! Here are some tips to make sure your creme brûlée cooks throughly:
- Place the ramekins in warm water while you are creating the filling.
- Bring all of the ingredients to room temperature.
- When placing them into the oven, place them in a shallow baking dish with boiling water about 1/2-3/4 of the way up the sides.
