These tacos were sooooo good!!! I love the Crispy Cauliflower Tinga Tacos from her website, so I knew this had to be the first recipe to cook from her new cookbook.
In the recipe there is a homemade taco seasoning on there. I suggest omitting the nutritional yeast. That made my tacos a little saltier than I like!
